Do tickets need to be printed in advance?
It is not necessary to print your tickets as long as you can present them to our ushers on a smartphone.
You can easily find your tickets in the TEATERBILLETTER app by logging in with the email address and credentials you used when you purchased your tickets. The app is available for download on the App Store or Google Play.
If you prefer not to download the app, a useful tip is to search for “Billetten A/S” in your email inbox.
How early should one arrive before a performance?
Our foyer and bar open 1 hour before the performance begins.
I purchased tickets in category O, which includes welcome bubbles. How do I receive these?
If you purchased tickets in category O, you can collect your glass of bubbles at the bar near the balcony stage upon presenting your tickets.
Simply follow the signs that say ‘Balkonscene’ or ask our staff, who are ready to assist you.
Where can I park my car?
How long does a performance last?
The duration of the performances is provided on the specific performance page on this site in the week leading up to the premiere.
Can I exchange my tickets?
TEATERBILLETTER are not subject to the right of withdrawal, so you cannot cancel your purchase once the tickets have been bought. Exchanges are possible if made more than 7 days before the performance, subject to a exchange fee of 25 kr. per ticket.
I forgot a personal item in the theater during my visit. How can I retrieve it?
Please email billet@bettynansen.dk. We will check our lost and found, where all forgotten items are kept for one month after the performance period.
